The 9th season of hit ITV reality show Love Island UK launched on January 16 and there has already been plenty of romance and drama to keep fans glued to their screens every night.
With new bombs pouring into the mansion on a regular basis, the islanders are constantly at risk of being eliminated, whether by a public vote or a recoupling that doesn’t go quite to their liking.
Here are all the contestants who have left the villa in Winter Love Island 2023 so far.

Who Left Love Island 2023?
David Salako
Bombshell David was the first contestant to leave the villa in 2023 after reconnecting in episode 5. While David was interested in Tanya, she chose to mate with Shaq. After Tanyel decided to mate with Lana’s first choice, Ron, Lana had to make a choice between the two remaining cubs: Will and David.
Lana eventually chose to partner with Will, meaning David was left without a partner, resulting in him becoming the first contestant to leave the villa on the series.
Anna May Robey & Haris Namani
Anna-May and Haris were both part of the original cast to enter the mansion. However, a public vote eventually resulted in them being eliminated.

Viewers were asked to vote for the boy and girl they would most like to keep in the mansion, with those with the fewest votes at risk of being eliminated. The bottom three girls were Tanya, Anna-May, and Tanyel, and the bottom three boys were Kai, Haris, and Tom.
It was new bombshells Jessie and Aaron who had to make the final decision on which boy and girl was sent home, and by the start of episode 10 the couple finally decided that Anna-May and Haris would leave the villa.
Zara Deniz Lackenby Brown
In episode 17, the contestants faced a reunion, this time with the boys choosing the girls. The girl not chosen for a pair would be kicked out of the mansion.

After each boy made his choice, Tom was the last to make his decision. He had to choose between Zara, to whom he was previously engaged, and Ellie, with whom he shared a kiss on the patio, much to the shock of the other contestants.
Ultimately, Tom decided to partner up with Ellie, which meant it was Zara who had to say goodbye to the villa.
Aaron Waters and Spencer Wilks
In episode 21, Aaron, Spencer, and Kai Fagan were vulnerable, and the girls had to choose two of them to send home. The public had voted for their favorite boy, and the trio were the least popular with voters.

Ultimately, Aaron and Spencer were brutally kicked out of the mansion when the girls decided to save Kai over his blossoming romance with Olivia Hawkins.

In her interviews after the exit, Aaron said it felt “bittersweet” to be leaving so soon, while Spencer said it was “a shame”.
Tanyel Revan
In episode 25, the Love Islanders were faced with a reunion and as it was the boys turn to choose, the girl who was not chosen for a couple was immediately kicked out of the villa. Tanyel had originally been friendly with Ron, but he later bonded with Lana.

The final decision was up to Jordan, who had to choose between Ellie or Tanyel. He eventually chose to pair up with Ellie, meaning it was Tanyel who had to say goodbye to the villa this episode.
Ellie Spence and Jordan Odofin
At the end of episode 25, viewers were asked to vote for the couple they felt was the most compatible. In episode 26, the islanders gathered around the fire pit to find out that the couple with the fewest votes would be kicked out of the mansion.
The final three couples were Kai and Olivia, Ellie and Jordan, and Tom and Samie, but it turned out that Ellie and Jordan were the ones with the lowest votes and they were kicked out of the villa as a result.
Casa Amor eliminations
In episode 32, Casa Amor ended in a much-anticipated reunion, with the original islanders deciding whether to stay with their original couple or team up with one of the 12 new bombshells that came to the show as part of the twist.
While three new bombs were chosen from the original candidates, the others were sent home at the end of the episode. These included: Cain, Layla, Ryan, Sammy, Frankie, Cynthia, Bayley, Lydia and Lynda.
Martin Akinola
In episode 40, the islanders were faced with a surprise reunion after the introduction of two new bombshells: Rosie and Keanan. After most contestants made their choice, the final decision rested with Tanya, with the boy not being chosen to be in a couple to be released from the mansion.
While Tanya was the one who brought Martin into the main mansion after teaming up with him at Casa Amor, she rekindled her relationship with Shaq in the days after the reunion. This time she chose to mate with Shaq, meaning it was Martin who had to say goodbye to the mansion.
Olivia Hawkins and Maxwell Samuda
In episode 45, the islanders were treated to shock after the public voted on who they think is the most compatible couple. The couples with the fewest votes were Claudia and Keanan, Casey and Rosie, Olivia and Maxwell, and Shaq and Tanya.
It was Olivia and Maxwell who received the fewest votes and were therefore chosen to be kicked off the island. However, in a twist, the couple were given the power to choose another couple to be eliminated from the mansion. The outcome of their decision will be announced in the episode, which will air on March 2nd.
