We have a big month ahead for PlayStation Plus as Horizon Forbidden West joins our games catalogue, giving PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe members the chance to discover a post-apocalyptic world filled with distant lands, encountering formidable characters and tremendous awe to awaken. inspirational machines to fight with. In addition to these games, this month we wanted to take it a step further and offer you over a week of activities to thank you for supporting us on our PlayStation Plus journey.
From today through February 24th, PlayStation Plus members can find a range of activities to take part in during the PlayStation Plus Festival of Play – from collecting digital collectibles to entering tournaments and earning exclusive double discounts on select popular ones Games from PlayStation Store. Activities for those who are not PlayStation Plus members are also available.

Trial version of God of War Ragnarök game

From February 15th
Get a taste of what it’s like to journey to each of the Nine Realms with Kratos and Atreus as they search for answers as the Asgardian forces prepare for the prophesied battle that will end the world. As a PlayStation Plus member, you’ll have access to God of War Ragnarök with a 3-hour time-limited trial starting February 15th. Trophies and saved progress from this trial will carry over if you decide to purchase the full game.

PlayStation Stars is a loyalty program that is free to join and does not require a PlayStation Plus membership. However, this month during the PlayStation Plus Festival of Play we have unique digital collectibles including:
- PlayStation Plus members will receive a Festival of Play Party Favor digital collectible when they sign up for the A Gift From PlayStation Plus campaign and play any game.
- With Horizon Forbidden West joining the PlayStation Plus catalog of games starting February 21st, you can obtain the A Gift From the Past digital collectible by joining the Welcome to the Forbidden West campaign and earning the following trophies. This campaign is only available to PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe members who have yet to earn these trophies.

We are planning to hold online multiplayer over the weekend of February 18-19 so that you can play against other players online even without a PlayStation Plus membership on those days.

PlayStation Tournaments
(for players with or without a PlayStation Plus membership)
February 18 – February 19
A number of PlayStation tournaments will take place during this period, including FIFA 23, NBA 2K23 and Guilty Gear. As our online multiplayer weekend starts in the same period, those without PlayStation Plus members can also participate in the tournaments taking place during this period.
