Colombia beat Mexico in the extras on Saturday and star-studded Puerto Rico beat Nicaragua. Venezuela stunned the Dominican Republic 5-1. Team USA, looking to retain their title after winning everything in 2017, started with a 6-2 win over Great Britain in Phoenix on Saturday.
