2023 March Madness TV Schedule, Announcers: How to Watch NCAA Tournament, Tip Times, TV Channels, Streaming

Halfway down the first lap, another half to go. After a fast-paced opening day of the 2023 NCAA tournament on Thursday with 16 first-round games that saw the field shrink from 64 teams to 48 teams, the field will shrink again on Friday with another 16 games on deck and just 16 spots open for the second-round winners continue on Sunday.

Friday’s action begins with a stacked opening window across CBS, truTV and TNT in staggered starts at 12:15, 12:40 and 1:30 respectively. CBS will get the first of that list at 12:15 p.m. with No. 7 Michigan State and No. 10 USC in a fight in the East Region. They are followed by Xavier, No. 3, who opens his run at 12:40 p.m., and Baylor, No. 3, opens his tournament at 1:30 p.m. against Kennesaw State and UCSB, respectively.

Spread throughout the day is a dandy afternoon full of baskets with No. 1 seeded Purdue in action and No. 4 seeded UConn, No. 3 seeded Gonzaga, No. 6 seeded Kentucky and No. 4 seeded Indiana, the all their tournament runs during the opening day as well.
